standard i guess most new projects will need to offer RUMAHWIP. so many affordable home now. i guess rich people using father mather son name to get those units.

Hearsay is 830 sqft.
Making this is the biggest size 198k rumahwip ever. All other 198k rumahwip only come with 800 sqft.

Still got such big land around that area to fit in 1500 units of 3 bedroom 830 sqft units I wander.
Or they reclaim the lake?
