Thank you for replying. My other concern is whether the developer is trustworthy? Base on online info, TadMax have some landeal scandal with 1MDB. Now they parner with wawasan metro bina.

On hand, Tadmax already having few project (Maxim Citylights, Maxim residence, one maxim). Now one more with Wawasan Mizumi project. If something goes wrong with 1MDB, I worried they have too much debts and run away.

Must be very exciting to drive up and down so many floor of parking everyday.
