I will be posted oversea, and I wanted to changed my wife Number (Digi) into Hotlink 365 validity (or get a new SimCard).

If you change port in to Hotlink from Digi the only plan that is available is Hotlink Red.
Validity 365 is not a Hotlink plan but it is a subscription that you can renew every month.
However, Validity 365 is only applicable for Hotlink Bagus and it is no longer offered.

How do I renew every month? I did my topup but my validity still stays at July month.

The number of days' validity extension via top-up doesn't stack.

So you get 1 day for every RM1 you top up, 10 days for RM10, etc. The number of days is counted from the day you top up, so if you put in RM10 today, you'll get an extension of 10 days from today.

If you want to see an August validity date today, for example, you've to top up about RM30.

Is that right? I went to Maxis Centre before and they mention I can just topup RM5 and I will get one-month validity.
I'm not in Malaysia therefore trying to keep my number as long as possible.

RM5 top-up gets you a month's validity?

I've no idea how that works, so it'd be good if you can share with the rest of us if you do find anymore info.

If you topup RM5, the topup validity is only 5 days and after that you will be in grace period of 50 days before the number expired.

Saya dari Sandakan Sabah , sejak semalam saya tidak dapat menggunakan perkhidmatan Hotlink 4G saya
1, Restart the modem still get same result ( Super Slow ) Cannot Display .
2, Change to my Phone also same .
3, Change to other modems also same result . call in out no problem all can . just internet is super slow.
4, Expired on 23 July 2018 .
