Seacera Group Bhd has proposed the acquisition of a company that owns a 250-acre land in Semenyih for RM220 million.

Duta Nilai is the owner of Lot 613, Mukim Ulu Semenyih, Daerah Ulu Langat, Negeri Selangor Darul Ehsan measuring 501.5 acres (“Lot 613 ”) which has been fully approved for a mixed development project with the conversion premium and development charges all fully paid. Lot 613 is located about 2 kilometres off the Kajang SILK High way and about 1.6 kilometres from the Sg. Long toll plaza.
