Is it worthy to rent a unit in empire city?
I was thinking of renting there, but i heard no swimming pool, no gym etc..
But the rental price is almost similar with nearby condominiums which have better facilities and fully equipped.

Rent a unit there, shabby finishing, can see the gap, hole between the lift door and the floor connecting them together, just have to bear with it.
Sometimes, i refrain myself from leaning toward the glass verandah, who knows if its not fix properly.
I was looking for the mailbox on the other day, there was none, it was not yet registered with post office.
Internet? Well, staying at 25th floor, yes wimax didnt recommend as the coverage will be poor.
Wired internet? None, if there is, either unifi or time will bind you with 24 months contract.
Perhaps the empire city owners here can register interest for Webe at empire city location, perhaps one day they will offer unlimited broadband too.
I wish some part of empire city mall will be opened and offer basic necessities for the tenant, laundry, basic groceries need, and some open space for relaxation.

I couldnt find any fibre port.
There's a port to connect to the astro, but i didnt manage to try that. Wonder whether there's satellite dish up there.
There are also TV and Radio port, but the reception for the TV is quite poor.

But from day to day, the number of tenants is increasing, perhaps they will improve it somehow. :optimistic:

You have to register with the guard.
I saw few awang hitam, but i dont think as they were there as tenants, maybe they were just looking around for a house to rent.
Hopefully the owners here are not that desperate.

Facilities? None. No gym, no swimming pool, no public area.
But, I'm good, as long as its near to my workplace. :claps:

Just move in.. I'll try YES wimax prepaid to see how's the reception there. Hope its acceptable.

Quite place, the privacy is there, except there're few contractor workers there doing some renovation.
Eating place just nearby, so i guess, its good so far.

Tried yes wimax, signal was 2 bars, but couldnt connect.
My next options will be umobile 😅

staying at myloft, yesterday i got a pamphlet from Time.
My guess is there will be.
nearly 1 year ago, i emailed Time, they said, they are ready to connect us.
only depend to building management to apply.
I asked the building management before and they are clueless.
we are kind of proactive to make sure everything is there.
time pass, and i guess we are ready for TIME.
to bad im going to move out.

Except the construction materials that they used, quite comfortable here.
Well minus the facility.
