I wonder what is the status now
this Monday i went to their office at Level 3
a girl service me informed me that the CCC is issued and ready for inspection (Sorry I never go inspection before as this is my 1st time)
but then she told me now all the appointment for inspection is fully booked until end of Sept
I wonder is this truth?
I wish to settle this and move in asap

Does anyone facing their centralised Aircon not working properly?

I had blocked by their management to install personal wall mounted Aircon and force to wait their centralised Aircon to be fixed

Wtf is this???
They said owner not allow to install any thing that might spoil external view of the building like TV artena or air conditioner compressor

But beside halo and my loft all pasang juga

So I have to stay in Owen block E parcel and wait for their monkey team to fixed that centralised Aircon???

But that's quite ridiculous (no offense to you but I mean the empire) as their centralised Aircon is joke
Yet denied owner to install their own Aircon

Means we owner have to stay in our own property and wait for their no confirm date to fixed on it...

I had follow up this issue since last year Oct til today...

Yes, the management ask me to use portable-A/C

but first, air cooler will only drop 1 - 2 degree celsius, not really effective one...
yet portable A/C is stupid to max if you try before, once you switch on i believe you will not able to sleep due to the noise...

I not sure you understand Empire situation or not bro lol...
But I think you're not in the situation...
