done my booking for mossaz , not sure want to take GRR package , or sendiri find tenant ? any sifu boleh advice ?

exsim provide 6% GRR (1.5k) , if i take my loft , halo sunday as referrence major rental fetch arnd 1k-1.3k

but think only mossaz got facility , others block think just pure room , so if mossaz can fetch another 20-30% higher yield should b reasonable i guess
