Got, Ampang Mall opposite KLCC. Remember the KLCC station where above it is the 'closed' mall? That's the mall, it was abandon ( the tower ) or something like this then open ground floor only for a few years. now i heard occupancy rate is good.

yeah, avenue k. the tower was abandon, mall like semi-open. but now, doing ok.

If i am big boss... i take the cash and run already if i know even 570 m cannot solve the problem. there are 2 possibilities, 1st is the 570m can solve the problem, the 2nd is 570m cannot and it is better to cash out all asset via this method than to lose everything via bankruptcy court case.

but i think 570m is more than enough to solve those 2 'Mammoth' project. no problem. full steam ahead.
