Hi, same here I’m from Penang, invested this project as well as my second investment. After research and looked at the site, I’m pretty sure this project can attract a lot of current tenants from the towers above Empire city, as it got own lobby, better security and own parking compare to halo/Sunday towers. This is not a development from zero, in term of long term rental or short term rental like Airbnb, I’m pretty confident with the ROI here, even we don’t look at how fast Empire City can build up, this project is super nearby to 1Utama also. And somemore, where to find such low price commercial hotel style project to buy in KL? Just my thoughts
