But they are already attempting to sell empire subang, it was in the news that they would consider it if suitable offer, this macam sudah advertise their intentions la

I would think they can try to sell off EC mall for buyer to complete the mall, and ER also can revive, but I think they die die wanna hang on to this kua

Empire city residential is very very laku one. Why ? - Then I ask, is Flora Damansara laku? very
Is empire city better than Flora despite its issues, yes. Even security is much better la, ask any lady tenant dare to stay Flora? and what about Empire City? For sure yes because all my 3 units are lady tenants.
Things is looking up guys. The only down side is our stupid developer still hanging around like a dead wood and not issuing strata titles

Empire City Mall will come good. Too much is at stake for too many stake holders here, big big investment sums from the big boys.
By right here will be enough to go around by then. Exim and Halo Sunday, not really a direct competition la, different tenant profiles later on.

Not true, it’s a JV.
Exsim will help mammoth complete the rest of empire city’s towers, in exchange for land in EC for their 2 towers.

The mall itself 60% mammoth, 20% exsim and 20% Rubberex.

Actually it’s good that mammoth handle the operation of the mall, they shown they have the right connection and nous in running empire subang (now sold), while exsim have no prior retail experience
