Very soon, management will have no funds to pay the security company, hence no more security guards deployed at the residential areas. Sad but it is necessary to avoid management from embezzling the funds and bailing.

If still under DLP the lift still under supplier maintenance should not be worry on lift. But in long run if not paying better move out as fast coz soon management will no $$ to pay electric, water, cleaner, security.  It will be dead condo. Pity on all buyer.

Heard it got postponed to August, exact date unsure. Wait and see if they shift their goal post again come August.
