how much original price? minus the construction interest and misc other payment and long maintenance cost. not sure whether they made decent moolah or not. but if no sell, could be worst. |

Willing seller willing buyer. Some people like the environment, some people like the design. It is affordable in a prime area. From the pic, looks not bad.. But you know nowadays all camera canggih, ada filter ni and that.. Need to see the actual unit better.

dont blame the owners or sellers, they promoted it so hard because they need to quickly let go the pain also, try to understand them abit la as we all know how much pain we having when we owned a empire unit!
