Went to Maxis center and changed to Hotlink Fast.
Immediately felt the savings as I purchased 3GB for RM 38. On top of that there's 2GB for weekend.
Call rate is more or less the same.

I suggest those on this stupid plan to change to Hotlink.
Reason being:
- You get rebates now and then (Free Data for reload).
- No GST charges.
- Garage sales offer reload for 3% discount, more savings.

im not using hotlink, but i see their package quite good.

hotlink fast, free 8gb data for weekend usage. add rm48 for 5gb data per month. if you rarely call, this is good.

how to do this? kind of confusing. when i want to buy i see pay with maybank desktop 5% discount, maybank mobile 10% discount. but clicking on it just brought me to bankpatner page.

Just make sure that the product have the 5% stamp on the product image. Then should you get the discount when you checkout using your Maybank credit card.

how long it will take to activate your hotlink sim? mine is already 5 hours. still cannot use. my old sim has been deactivate. do i need to do anything?

just call maxis, they activated the wrong sim. so i need to wait another 2 hours for them to activate the right sim card.

just a quick question, hows the credit validity works? i mean if i topup 100, when the credit will expired? its been a long time since the last time i use prepaid.

100 days i think. i reload on 16th and valid until 24th sept.
