This is what happened:
1. I tried using their PBe app to log in. It rejected/hanged for like a gazillion times.
2. Suddenly told me I was locked out because I have exceeded my login attempts.
Fine. No worries, I told myself. I can go call them to reactivate, right?
3. Tells me this:
Access Deactivated
You have exceeded the maximum permitted number of retries for PBe login. Your User ID has been automatically blocked by the system. Please proceed to any Public Bank ATM or branch to have a new User ID and Password issued.

Please call our Customer Support at +603 - 2179 5000 between 6 a.m. to 12 midnight, 7 days a week to reactivate your access.
4. Tried calling their FUCKING SHIT line since yesterday. Been trying for more than 24 hours actually.
All I get are two beeps.
Tried with all the phones I could get (about 4-5).
Tried using these phones to call each other's phones.
Working fine.
Their fucking phone line seems to not exist.
5. Looked at the back of my credit card.
"For lost or stolen card, please call (603)2179 5000"
THE SAME FUCKING NUMBER.
6. Go to their fucking website look for alt numbers:
