How to climb corporate ladder if dont know inside info? Anyone can help?

Asking for "insider info" on a public forum like lowyat in hopes of climbing the corporate ladder? I can assure you no senior management personnel with car allowance did so by asking so around here. Sorry to say, but asking such questions precludes you from such positions.

Well, you can try to apply any position in Maybank and figure it out when u join. No one going to answer you at here due to P&C. =)

only way is to join, or have some friends working there. they might tell some info personally face to face. but not on public forum

Car allowance only for certain level managerial band level...

Usually higher position management and u will work from head office...

Not even branch manager will get car allowance iinm...

Not all is in HQ la .. Your ZM / DM should be at the F/G level and perhaps one above so can get d..

But relatively speaking most is in HQ, that is true.

As I am aware, Band F/G are only entitled for 430/380
transportation allowance..

If it's not confidential, then why not just go to or call Maybank, talk to any of the managers there or HR and ask directly? Perhaps, you don't even know how to respond when people call you out and question what you yourself said. So car allowance is a country issue now? Okay, we'll highlight that during the next general elections. Will that make you happy, or smarter?

Half of d comment is talking confidential stuff, talking bad about developer, late progress and some about country issue - corruption, 1mdb and etc.

Yep. If you are talking about COP, that was only given to Band E and above. I'm pretty sure it hasn't changed since then, though things might have changed since I left.
