IPad mini 2(32gb) or iPad mini 4(16gb)?

Hi, would like to know which one would u guys choose?? An ipad mini 2(32gb) or iPad mini 4(16gb)? Does Ipad mini 2 still worth to buy right now?? Did u face lag after update to iOS 9.3.1? IPad mini 2(32gb) cost rm1199 and iPad mini 4(16gb) cost rm1599, I am in dilemma on choosing from this 2. My only concern right now would be:-
1. Does Ipad mini 2 lag after upgrading? Does it still worth buying?
2. 16gb on iPad mini 4 is it enough?
Purpose of using:
1. Reading article
2. Surf webpage
3. Stream movie and anime
4. Make some notes

Get iPad mini 4 ..... I own an iPad mini 2 and gonna get an iPad Pro 9.7 . The screen is really bad with washed out colour. I'm using a Macbook Pro Retina and iPhone 6 plus.. after shifting to the iPad for casual reading  really cannot tolerate the poor display. Someone in my family owns an iPad mini 4 and the display is way better when compared  THIS IS MY ADVICE HERE  |

By the way ???? why not consider an iPad air 2. Since you just need to add another RM100 to get an iPad air 2 if you're really keen to get an iPad mini 4  |

Because I also own an Macbook retina and iPhone 6s. So I usually do everything on my iPhone but iPhone is too small to read article. |

For casual reading via browser 16 Gb is enough. But if you store lots of books in iBooks then storage might be a problem. Games occupy lots of storage too.

An update from me,
End up I got an iPad Air 2 with 16gb and after installing everything I wan! I still have 6gb 😁😁 and I got it for for 1350! New set some more ✌🏻✌🏻
Anyway thanks for the advice @Hyun D

Air 2 specs are the same with mini 4. I love air2 display. One of the best tablet display.
