Previously was subscribed to a RM20/month.

Then I wanted to change to a RM30/month. But the old pass kept on renewing itself even after I have bought the new plan.
Hence I cancelled the auto-renewal option in *100#.

Now the problem is, my new monthly pass won't auto-renew itself. I have to manually buy it every month.

Can you help to activate auto renew back?
