Dear Maxis,

Recently maxis just upgraded the plan for free where my 128 get 10GB data free. I still got contract with Maxis and i dont need that much of Data plan and 5GB just good enough for me. So, i need to request maxis to downgrade my current plan 98 and serve all remaining contract with maxis. The price should be revised and not the data plan upgrade. I see no benefits of taking one plan 128 though there is a 10GB data plan provided. Because of current bad economy, maxis should think and re-evaluate the price of the plan and provide more savings to their loyal customers. If maxis unable to downgrade my plan, then i have to pay the remaining contract penalty and switch to other telco again. By switching to other telco, i see no benefits to maxis and maxis will again lose customer. I am willing to downgrade my plan to 98 and serve the remaining contract with maxis. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Downgrade availability is special permission only offered to those specially selected customer (i.e. those who threaten to port out)
