so i just replay WOTL to choose a new decisions from start to end with these choices
1) help nova
2) kill ariel
3) destroy platform

after completing WOTL, i start a new HOTS campaign. But in mission 2, i still get the dialogue with Nova that i helped Tosh

How do i play HOTS with the new WOTL choice?

it does not matter which choice u pick during WOL, the HOTS campaign will just go along with its own script.

was reading the sc2 wiki and it stated there's changes

no, the HOTS no matter what choice u pick during TOSH / NOVA, the script will continue as following :

mission during infiltrade space prison
Horner : we dispatch TOSH to break free Jim Raynor.

Kerringan : no, i'll to it my self.

oh.... this part. yeah it did effect. but did not effect the HOTS campaign story line.

no prob. weird thing is i still get the cutscene where i helped Tosh eventhough i replay WOTL and help Nova instead

unless you replay whole campaign to make the cutscene efffect.

yeap. did that. then start new campaign for zerg, play 2 mission and was surprised Nova still say i help Tosh

i see, mayb i try later night as now im replaying brutal difficulty WOL campaign at NA region
