2 of my rooms have this brown Alpha ceiling fan. It's going too slow for couple of months already with the same speed.

Sick of tired of this. Complaint to the house owner, she claimed fix already before and want me to fix by myself and charge her later.

In this hot season, a powerful ceiling fan is a must need item, right?

So, how am i going to fix it? Change the regulator? Where can i find the parts? Any idea?

Just need to replace the circuit board If the speed is slow at any level. Normally is caused by faulty transistor (I can't remember the name, should be transistor) which control and supply higher current when the fan start.

When talking about ceiling fans, old timers will only talk about National, Panasonic or KDK. Non of them will bother to talk about Alpha, you may say they are word blind or whatever, but for them, only the said 3 brands can last long.
My Panasonic ceiling fans been using for past 10 years, on 24/7 and only turn off once every 2 months for 20 minutes for cleaning.
Suggest that you get a panasonic or KDK fan, either charge her back or remove it when you change house.

Just ask wireman to do the rewiring and bypass the regulator (straightaway connect to the on/off switch). Then the fan will be on max speed forever.
