Hi guys,

Went for my 20k km service today at taman bahagia.

For all of u guys always complain about the front sensor (me too), can go back and change to newer batch sensor which is less sensitive one. The SC told me perodua know this problem exist with earlier batch, and since we have no on off button, rhey will be willingly chaging it for us if we say it beeps all the time.

Justti share this info with my other Axia brothers.

Today spent rm430.00++, din know 20k km service so expensive one.

Have a nice day!

I serviced my car there too. My 20k service was only less than rm 250. Why yours so expensive?
*
Hi bro,

When u bought ur car hoe many times free labour did u get? This is my thirs time and they say no more free labour. It was labour that was costly i guess. Rm80. And another rm50 just for alignment and wheel balancing bro.

Parts wise oil, oil filer , oil filter magnet trap (this thing cost rm50, and its an add on, they say better put but actually other sc din recommend, so i just follow and put lorh), air filter, sparks plus, gasket, brake fluid

Free was two front sensors and car wash.

hahaha. So yeah. Tiba tiba become rm430

Magnet trap is for your oil filter. Open your bonnet you see it wrap around your oil filter. It help to catch those metal particle that may miss out by the oil filter.

Should be look like this. Buy you actually can DIY it.

I open and see, got. But is it actually necessary? They say put i also bkur blur say okay okay. 😥😥😥

Not necessary. But install make your engine oil cleaner as the magnet able to trap those metal particle which the oil filter miss out. Is those magnet strong?

I dunno bro. Hahaha

Metal in the engine would come from one of several sources

machining swarf
material worn off of bearings
material worn off crank and camshafts

If you have an aluminum engine most of the first item will be aluminum, a magnet won't help much. Unless of course you buy an aluminum magnet. biggrin.gif
As far as the bearings go, much of that material is non ferrous and a magnet won't help.
Material worn from the crank and cam is ferrous and will be picked up by a magnet.
As has been mentioned many drain plugs have magnets on them.
As far as the transmissions go, many if not most automatic transmissions come with a magnet inside the oil pan from the factory.
Save your money.

Thank you

Even the air filter cost a lot. This is what we get for wanting 5 years warranty.
I just reached 6k km but have to follow 20k km maintenance.  bangwall.gif

Seriously I don't need the oil change. Waste of money and environment unfriendly.

U one year only 6k mileage ah bro? And u still have to change oil? When 6 months ady change one time righy?

It happen after you adjust your alligment try turn your steering left and right while seeing your tyre if move then you are good if its not then you better bring back your car to check . When my car set aligment by the computer it stiff and precise when turning the steering but when driving the car it pull to 1 side so the mechanic have to adjust again by feeling the car behaviour . So try to check the tyre movement 1st when moving the steering .
*
Then memang have problem coz its not stifff and it does pull to right but the staff at taman bahagia sc keep say no problem...
