I sent my Axia for 1st inspection at Perodua Glenmarie on 12/4/2016.
I raised 4 issues and all problem below were there since I bought the car..

1) Aircond were smelly whenever parked over 20-30 min and turn on AC...

2) Driver's door are harder to close compare to 3 others door.

3) Chome near the Radio frame were visibly poor quality

4) Glovebox are not able to close flat

The SA seems like not interested to know about the problem I raised.
During collection I ask him about those issues.

1)Any AC problem need to sent directly to Sanden(SA told me before I left the car there)

2) Driver's door already adjust and ask me to try later

when I as about 3) n 4) he like think awhile and replied "Problem 3) & 4) U try tengok."

I was like "Try what? Need to try? See also know already la"...
Felt angry but I don't wanna argue with him there on the spot. (It would be disastrous)
1 good thing about the Perodua Glenmarie is that they do put SM,OM n PR contact number on customer waiting table and counter area.
So I've decided to complain to the SM...
Now waiting for SM to investigate and ill wait for his reply...
Im really particular with those attitude especially in Automotive...

Update: 26/4/2016

Previously I already set the time with SM but he didn't see his whatsapp just now.
I sent my car there and look for him.
He totally forgotten about out appointment.(Nvm la SM very busy 1)
After 10min checking n repairing SM conclude that :

3) Chome near the Radio frame were visibly poor quality
Need to replace with new part

4) Glovebox are not able to close flat
After several adjustment n test using other's car glovebox but worse.
So need to order new part and test, as the new 1 sometimes will become worse.

The SM attend me with very good attitude.
So now need to wait for both parts to arrive and luckily the centre were just 2min walk from workplace.
Imagine those that need to take leave to send car to repair, total need 3 times visit.
SA should do their job properly and again, im really particular when it comes to service attitude in Automotive...
