I have been curious about this also...the TM installer fella came and install, ask me what password I want to use and he set it up and that's it. Didn't teach how to change...

I login in to occ unifi, I can change the password for TM Wifi and InfoBlast, but not the Unifi service password.

for High Speed Internet service, this is what the message I get:

" Your Residential HSI, Voice and HyppTV passwords are configured in the Unifi equipment installed at your premises. We do not encourage you to tamper/change any configuration on your own since it maycause service disruption. If you want a password reconfiguration, we can send our technical expert to do for you in your Unifi equipment for an on-site support charge of RM50. Please call TMUC at 100 for further assistance. "

Seems like have to call TM Support for help?

Any sifu here can guide me how to change Unifi service password without calling TM Support?

tq

You need to change the wireless password on the router. The UniFi password has nothing to do with this. What router did TMNET gave you?

that is weird, I can't change it myself from the OCC Unifi login. confused.gif

mind to share under which Tab that u can change your unifi password?

there are 6 tabs; MyUnifi, MyBill, MyServices, MyProfile, MySupport, MYTMRewards

For me, under MyUnifi I click on "Changed Service Password", I can change password for TM Wifi and InfoBlast only, for High Speed Internet - Residential I get the message only, can't change password myself. confused.gif
