Just received my new application for AEON Big card, but still haven't receive the conversion card from Watami to New AEON Gold card.
Conversion card takes longer to deliver compared to new application? Weird..

Anyone have yet to receive the replacement card for Watami?

I received a call from AEON last month saying that they will replace with a Visa card instead of my requested Mastercard, but until now, I've yet to receive anything.
Just sent an email to AEON CS to enquire status.

Anyone shoot an email to AEON customer service to clarify the removal of nationwide PPL access for AEON GOLD and AEON BIG Gold?
I've sent that email 2 days ago, and still no reply from them.

This might be an old document due to the new revamped website.
That's why I've sent them email to enquiry about this, but have yet to get any reply from them, I might give them a call if still no reply.

*Edit: Removal of nationwide PPL access, but still sticks to KLIA and KILA2 only.

This document is available at AEON website, I can download and look at it myself.

Name: Plaza Premium Lounge
Location: Mezzanine Floor Satellite Building,
KLIA. Opening hours: 24 hours, daily.
Lounge Facilities: Food & beverages, seating area, Internet access, international newspapers and
magazines, international TV channels, flight information, shower.
Optional services: Meet & Greet Services, Seated Massage.
Cardholder’s Entitlement: Each Cardholder shall be entitled to a complimentary 3-hour lounge visit,
service inclusive of lounge facilities set out in Lounge Facilities, and the payment shall be settled by
AEON Credit.

2) Name: Plaza Premium Lounge
(From 1st July 2014 to 31st December 2015)
Location: Lot no. S3-2-A07, International Departure Level, klia2 (Next to Gate L8, Airside)
Operating hours: 24 hours, daily.
Lounge Facilities: food & beverages, seating area, Internet access, international newspapers and
magazines, international TV channels, flight information.
Cardholder’s Entitlement: Each Cardholder shall be entitled to a complimentary 3-hour lounge visit,
service inclusive of lounge facilities set out in Lounge Facilities, and the payment shall be settled by
AEON Credit.

3) Name: Plaza Premium Lounge
(From 1st July 2014 to 31st December 2015)
Location: Lot L2M-2, L2M-3, L2M-4 & L2M-5, Level 2M, Gateway@klia2 (Landside).
Operating hours: 24 hours, daily.
Lounge Facilities: food & beverages, seating area, Internet access, international newspapers and
magazines, international TV channels, flight information.
Cardholder’s Entitlement: Each Cardholder shall be entitled to a complimentary 3-hour lounge visit,

4) Name: Wellness Spa
(From 1st July 2014 to 31st December 2015)

magazines, international TV channels, flight information.
Cardholder’s Entitlement: Each Cardholder shall be entitled to a complimentary 3-hour lounge visit,

5) Airport: Langkawi International Airport
(LGK) Name: Plaza Premium Lounge
Location: Departure Hall (Landside and Airside).

Just called CS yesterday, they confirmed that the access to PPL is now reverted back to only KLIA and KLIA2.
No more complimentary 3-hours access for Penang, Langkawi, Kuching and Johor. Only 20% discount. Guess nobody will pay to enter PPL yea.

Actually both CS gave the same answer where the PPL access are limited to only KLIA and KLIA2, but my argument is on the outdated document published on their website.
I asked them about the documents published, the CS says they haven't updated the date but the content is final.

I've been using AEON card for 3 years, never claim any AEON point, wanted to ask in order to claim my AEON point for vouchers, can I still fill in the redemption form and send via email? Or do I have to walk in to AEON CS to fill in the form and redeem on the spot?
