Q10: Where is this privilege applicable and what are the opening hours?
A: The locations and opening hours are as follows:
1) Airport: Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) - KLIA & KLIA2
Name: Plaza Premium Lounge
Location: Mezzanine Floor Satellite Building,
KLIA. Opening hours: 24 hours, daily.
Lounge Facilities: Food & beverages, seating area, Internet access, international newspapers and
magazines, international TV channels, flight information, shower.
Optional services: Meet & Greet Services, Seated Massage.
Cardholder’s Entitlement: Each Cardholder shall be entitled to a complimentary 3-hour lounge visit,
service inclusive of lounge facilities set out in Lounge Facilities, and the payment shall be settled by
AEON Credit.
2) Name: Plaza Premium Lounge
(From 1st July 2014 to 31st December 2015)
Location: Lot no. S3-2-A07, International Departure Level, klia2 (Next to Gate L8, Airside)
Operating hours: 24 hours, daily.
Lounge Facilities: food & beverages, seating area, Internet access, international newspapers and
magazines, international TV channels, flight information.
Cardholder’s Entitlement: Each Cardholder shall be entitled to a complimentary 3-hour lounge visit,
service inclusive of lounge facilities set out in Lounge Facilities, and the payment shall be settled by
AEON Credit.
3) Name: Plaza Premium Lounge
(From 1st July 2014 to 31st December 2015)
Location: Lot L2M-2, L2M-3, L2M-4 & L2M-5, Level 2M, Gateway@klia2 (Landside).
Operating hours: 24 hours, daily.
Lounge Facilities: food & beverages, seating area, Internet access, international newspapers and
magazines, international TV channels, flight information.
Cardholder’s Entitlement: Each Cardholder shall be entitled to a complimentary 3-hour lounge visit,
service inclusive of lounge facilities set out in Lounge Facilities, and the payment shall be settled by
AEON Credit.
4) Name: Wellness Spa
(From 1st July 2014 to 31st December 2015)
Location: Lot no. S6-3-A03, International Departure, Mezzanine Level (Airside).
Operating hours: 0700-0000 hrs, daily.
Lounge Facilities: food & beverages, seating area, Internet access, international newspapers and
magazines, international TV channels, flight information.
Cardholder’s Entitlement: Each Cardholder shall be entitled to a complimentary 3-hour lounge visit,
service inclusive of lounge facilities set out in Lounge Facilities, and the payment shall be settled by

5) Airport: Langkawi International Airport
(LGK) Name: Plaza Premium Lounge
Location: Departure Hall (Landside and Airside).
Operating hours: 0630 hours to 2200 hours, daily.
Lounge Facilities: Food & beverages, seating area, Internet access, international newspapers and
magazines, international TV channels, flight information, shower.
Cardholder’s Entitlement: Each Cardholder shall be entitled to a 20% discount off the listed price
for the entrance fee and all lounge facilities at this Lounge and the payment shall be settled by
Cardholder on the spot.
6) Airport: Penang International Airport (PEN)
Name: Plaza Premium Lounge
Location: Departure Hall (International and Domestic).
Operating hours: 0500 hours to 2300 hours, daily (International Lounge) & 0500 hours to 0000
hours, daily (Domestic Lounge).
Lounge Facilities: Food & beverages, seating area, Internet access, international newspapers and
magazines, international TV channels, flight information, shower.
Cardholder’s Entitlement: Each Cardholder shall be entitled to a 20% discount off the listed price
for the entrance fee and all lounge facilities at this Lounge and the payment shall be settled by
Cardholder on the spot.
7) Airport: Kuching International Airport
(KCH) Name: Plaza Premium Lounge
Location: Level 2, Domestic Departure Hall (Airside).
Operating hours: 0600 hours to 2200 hours, daily.
Lounge Facilities: Food & beverages, seating area, Internet access, international newspapers and
magazines, international TV channels, flight information.
Cardholder’s Entitlement: Each Cardholder shall be entitled to a 20% discount off the listed price
for the entrance fee and all lounge facilities at this Lounge and the payment shall be settled by
Cardholder on the spot.
8) Airport: Kota Kinabalu International Airport
(BKI) Name: Plaza Premium Lounge
Location: Departure Hall (International and Domestic)
Operating hours: 0700 hours to 22hours, daily (International Lounge) & 0600 hours to 0100 hours,
daily (Domestic Lounge).
Lounge Facilities: Food & beverages, seating area, Internet access, international newspapers and
magazines, international TV channels, flight information, shower.
Cardholder’s Entitlement: Each Cardholder shall be entitled to a 20% discount off the listed price
for the entrance fee and all lounge facilities at this Lounge and the payment shall be settled by
Cardholder on the spot.

Dear Aeon,
Can you send me the PPL access list eligible for NEW AEON Gold Card and AEON Big Gold card?
The documents in AEON website is not up to date and it shows the eligibility only at KLIA and KLIA2.
Would like to clarify if the nationwide access of PPL had been removed ?
