Yes, aeon is first transaction..

Hooray can bt again. Even i havent received next month statement which has the last BT installment.this is comfirmed by the really reaponsible and helpful CS who handle my conversion error.

This CS really did great that i wish to write in to compliment him.

And i did ask his consent if anyone here can get his help regarding their aeon card in which he gladly agreed.

So guys if anyone want a really helpful CS that really will follow up all yr cases.just ask to transfer to MR.IEE.

On a side note,pls help to compliment him if he really did help solved any of your problem.aeon need more ppl like him.(i am not related to him)

This is good. Myself have personally write commendation email to those with outstanding service.

I tried the method using combination of 2 bills, after key in the credit card payment, keep getting wrong mother maiden name alert.

I tried AAABBB, AAA BBB, AaaBbb, Aaa Bbb.. all not success.

Just logged in and saw the new aeon big card in the online portal ady. Looks like will be getting the card anytime soon. No wonder aeon called me yday for credit limit increment.

by the way, yesterday perform combine other bill with Aeon payment.
transaction successfully with Aeon also posted received today.

So now the trick is to make two payment in 1 bill folder with payment to AEON Credit as the first transaction?

Anyone has Aeon big credit card? I realize the aeon big member card number printed on the credit card has the last digit different. Is this normal?

I think mine is the same no. with my AEON BiG membership card no., if I can recall it, I don't have both cards with me now but I think I did compare the no., it's the same.

Collected my Aeon Gold Visa as the Watami replacement just now. Have not yet activated it thinking of the risks of losing the points in Watami.

for 'conversion' card, from what I am told by the CS, the reward points will be carried over to your new card automatically.

Aeon does have good customer service, received compensation before for miscommunications
