Does BNM take care of PosOnline?

Anyone try to pay with credit card late yesterday or today?

it keep showing this after i choose pay with credit card then submit:

500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Same here as well   

After several email with POS Online, only today they issue me a ticket number that they have escalated it to their respective dept to check....

Really damn poor service!   

I have 3 transactions, totalling RM400 on 2nd July which have not been posted. Subsequent transactions on 3, 4 and 5 July all posted one day after transaction date.

Am really anxious! 

Wonder if it's a POSONLINE issue (for not transferring) or AEON CREDIT issue (for not recording)?

Look forward to hearing success stories from anyone who's managed to resolve this missing transaction issue.

For my payment via posonline, 2nd &3rd posted successful one day later and 5th payment already appear in my payment card today but not yet posted in Aeon account. Delay posting may be due to Raya holiday. Will check tomorrow again.

Did the word AEON gone missing there?

Just to confirm if I pay using CIMB Cash Rebate card using POSonline, I'm entitled to 5% online rebate also right? (capped to RM600)

Judging from the replies and my own transactions (nearly everyday from 25 June to 5 July), there appears to be no pattern (i.e. not limited to certain dates), and not only for "2 payees in one" transactions. My 3 missing transactions on 2 July are single payee.

See attached screenshot for my successful transaction dates. This is complete, except for my 3 transactions on 2 July.

I e-mailed Pos Online last week with very detailed explanation and screenshots, but their only reply is that they are "investigating".

How shld I check with posonline?

It is already 2 weeks n POSonline has not resolved my missing payment to AEON Credit and Syarikat Air Johor, such terrible service n yet it got the cheek to charge 2% fees. Mysia memang Boleh. Anyone here got d reply from POSonline for similar issues?

Yes, I was assigned a case number before Raya but no further response or update since then. It seems like the department doing the investigation is separate from the general feedback email team (which is quite responsive, but unable to do anything).

For now I'm holding off making further payments. Hate to admit it, but this is a case of me being too gung ho with the cashback craze. From now on I'll stick to the more conventional ways of earning cashback. I'm treating this as a very very expensive lesson learned.

Good luck to everyone else waiting for a resolution, especially those with large missing amounts. Will be interesting to find out the root of the  problem.

somehow i have a feeling this is a problem at POSOnline rather than AEON. But we'll see.

Good news, my 8 payments finally in.
So i ended up over pay my last statement of 10.6.2016 > RM2500.
New statement 10.7.16 already out, thought  may not be able get refund,
but still CS very nice, she agreed to refund cash to me,
IBG fee RM2.12.

Also she will waive finance charges RM80 for late payment (due date 2.7,16)

Very "smart" this AEON people, they sent me a New AEON Classic card instead of Gold to replace my Watami. So they don't need to give free access to PPL....

Oops, my mistake here, just checked Aeon Big Cards come with PayWave logo.

So far I can only view the Aeon Big Visa statement. Managed to get "RAYA 2016 SPEND & GET 10% CASH BACK" of RM30 

Finally received an email from Aeon Credit saying that the replacement of watami is approved..

Kinda expected that since AEON recently sent me a replacement card without wave feature, I don't think they will send another round.
That means my AEON BiG is also ready for next year's PIN & Pay.
