Which email did you sent to posonline CS? My payment on 1st july and 2nd July still not posted in aeon. Anyone face that too?

Nope, the word it's there. I think the AEON word missing only when we do multiple bill payment & at 2nd item of the bill payment.

I had dropped an email to care@pos.com.my and provided them the transaction ID for the payment that still not posted at aeon credit. Your payment transaction also not posted for same date for payment on 1st & 2nd july?

They only replied with a case number & still under investigation. Conclusion is multiple bill in 1 payment & payment after office hours & weekend would highly risk for it's payment gateway to get stuck!

What details do you provide for the refund? Posonline transaction details needed? As i remember,it quite troublesome for refund as they would require all the payment details .
