Requested to port in on Monday through telephone. They promised this process can be done up to 3 business days. Argument and confusion happened on Wednesday and frustrated that they ask me to go Maxis center to do thumb print as they cannot find my account number  I am a new customer so how the hell I have account number? Yesterday a lady called me to ignore the Maxis Center stuff and I will receive SMS from telco to reply port out. This has gone past 24 hours and I still have nothing. I thought porting should be easy breezy but not in my case  I guess I have to give up in porting in. Kudos to Maxis

I called digi everyday for last three days and they didn't receive any request. They also said the request will be responded quite instantly.
