1st im Hotlink prepaid user,
then change to Maxis postpaid - Surfmore 50 for so many years, then notice Celcom new plan First Basic 38, shift to them July 2015 but this month shift back to Maxis One 98. Still like Maxis the best, Celcom's coverage really too poor, even my house area could be no phone line (not even talk about slow running of data) |

Requested to port in on Monday through telephone. They promised this process can be done up to 3 business days.
Argument and confusion happened on Wednesday and frustrated that they ask me to go Maxis center to do thumb print as they cannot find my account number I am a new customer so how the hell I have account number? Yesterday a lady called me to ignore the Maxis Center stuff and I will receive SMS from telco to reply port out. This has gone past 24 hours and I still have nothing. I thought porting should be easy breezy but not in my case I guess I have to give up in porting in. Kudos to Maxis |

WOW!!! Just got to know...... webe postplan is the MOST value for money....... everything is unlimited.... even sub line...... wow la er.........
