there is a blur dot on the left top corner.

how to get rid of it?

i wiped the len with a piece of cotton cloth.

try to go back to the shops to get some help loo..(old ways to get thing's done)

ask uncle google( faster and easier way)

There are two possible spots where the dust is;

1) on the back of the lens (where it meets the SLR)
2) on the SLR sensor itself (requires you to clean the sensor with a blower. DO NOT blow with your mouth as 'wet' dust is stubborn.)

If your camera is still under warranty you'd have a good chance of getting it cleaned for free.

After getting it back, remember to be quick when changing lenses. Try to change lenses in a clean, dust-free location (avoid the beach, for example!)

...if it's not a digital SLR, then I have no idea how it got in there, and you'd really have to send it for warranty. LOL.
