Can you please help check wt "EFFF" is going on with my port out process?
It took you 1 week to move on my request on the 12th to port out, and on exactly 7 days on the 19th I received your SMS Confirmation.
Without hesitation, I have replied your SMS with a definite "YES" but my process is still pending?
This is now going to the 2nd day on my port out pending status.
Wide coverage but slow tortoise back end? System fully automated is your only answer?
How long do you want me to wait?
I have already escalated my issue with your Maxis Support but it seems I need to create another escalation ID to escalate my Escalation ID?
No point setting up 123 hotline if nobody is picking up u piece of crap.
Can you please sort your s**t out?
