if i install this software, do i still have to install divx codec if i wanna PLAY divx encoded avi files? same goes to real, xvid & quicktime?

use this to convert rmvb to avi (divx/xvid), end up the audio of the movie wont be acsynchronise with the video, is there way to make it convert correctly?? thks
