Hi.

The condo I'm looking at consists of 3 blocks in a U shape.

2 of the blocks are to be completed by year end next year.
1 block will not be completed together. Haven't even start construction.

Will there be any risk to completed blocks in future ?

hard to move in as the construction on the other block create nuisance.
not to mention security is a issue.

Hmm. Can we see physically from the surface of the ground to know whether had they done piling for the block ?

Security, noise, access, overhead crane, dust. These are common problems when your development has partial completion arrangement.
