[WTA] Condo blocks not completed at same time, Any danger/risk I should be aware of?

Hi.
The condo I'm looking at consists of 3 blocks in a U shape. 2 of the blocks are to be completed by year end next year. 1 block will not be completed together. Haven't even start construction. Will there be any risk to completed blocks in future ?  |

hard to move in as the construction on the other block create nuisance.
not to mention security is a issue. |
