Hello I want to claim warranty for my product i bought from u, how? I couldnt contact you for some reason after buying the board. The board was Dead on Arrival and since then i havent been able to contact u. I tried contacting u the day it broke but u didnt reply me.

But the brand new thing i bought was working. But i saw the price here is 239 but i got charged 259.
