1. I have done the partial refund on 4th May.
2. This is a COD transaction. Buyer takes responsibility in ensuring he is paying the right price for the product. HE AGREED. 3. I agreed to his resolution thus this is no longer in dispute from my point of view. Attached thumbnail(s)
