Take-over Info:
* Change of business owner name (Done at SSM together. Info > http://www.ssm.com.my/en/sole/making-changes)
* All soft copy owned by Company to be passed to you
* All hard copy owned by Company to be passed to you
* All logos, docs, tags, shop info, etc owned by Company to be passed to you
* All social media accounts will be passed over to you
* All available accounting info will be passed to you
* Contact with weekend markets/bazaar/events to up biz revenue
** All these will be written in detail, black and white during handover

* Prefer female partner, better if stay nearby for convenience

most of the time whenever someone want to sell their business, they would look for someone experienced with track record, so the deal will go through.

in this case i got rejected cause the seller prefers to sell his/her company to someone new without track record, and who is still working employed and who does not own a business.

as a reminder, this channel is a place to post business for sale, not a place for anyone to collect a database for MLM, piramid or any other scheme.

Thank you for your input, but I believe I have the right to choose whom I want to sell to. I have my reasons, and I need not explain myself.

And dont you worry, I am not into any MLM scheme that you point out.

Edit: Also, I pointed out as an additional info that i started this whilst working a 9-5 job, implying this business can be managed sparingly and wont take 100% of your time. In case you misunderstand, I did not once mention i preferred one who is working a full time job.

i didnt even say i was interested, all i did was i ask for the shop name. you have 2 shops, i just want to do some check on the shop (easily done, ex: see if there is a website, facebook, visit the shop, as i stay nearby, etc).

i understand for privacy reasons you may not wish to say the name in public, mostly its done via pm.

sorry, dont mean to dish at you, just surprised, not often that people trying to sell their company refuse to let prospect buyer know about their shop name.

is this about selling the business or finding partnership in business? This is 2 different thing and both also described in this post by TS. Please clarify.

So to make it clear, is this business:
1) to look for partner (investor) - also to run the business
2) to look for buyer to buy over the business
