Can i know how to check free minutes balance in ivalue plan?

No way to check .previously lodged MCMC complaint regarding this as well. But after that converted to mop98 from ivalue 1

Unfortunately the minutes bundle is unable to check, however, once you reached the minutes bundle, the system will generate a SMS to acknowledge you on the usage.

If ur currently ivalue 1 customer ,u can Livechat with maxis to get it downgrade to mop98. Or u Twitter them at Maxis Listen

I called CS before. They doesn't allow me to convert to MOP98 as it is a downgrade from iValue 100

I don't mind paying RM100 to get MOP98 since now it comes with 3GB data

Bro , most user contact maxis thru Twitter to get it done .that's one of the only way .u call maxis CS,they won't allowed .I share with u the screenshot .attach the screenshot and maxis will offer u d...if u insist to contact maxis thru phone call,we can't help u at all..lol

Follow the advise above . it's 5GB for mop98....u will get 1+3 GB now , end of April,u will get 5gb
