anyone experiencing slow files operations (copy, deleting, moving) with sd card? i am using samsung evo+ 128gb. nothing wrong with the card though, using it in another phone was fine.

on s7e tho, file operations is very very slow..eg deleting a folder with say 100s of files...can literally see the the messages go file by file..

My phone screen developed some issues, so I will be making a visit to the service center. Fortunately or unfortunately, after owning phones for so many years, this is the first time sending in a phone to be repaired.

So just want to get some feedback on things to do before sending the phone in:

- is it better to completely wipe the phone or enough to just remove sd card and delete sensitive stuff?

- does the technician tend to format the phone after repair or will all apps remain intact?

- anything else to concern about?

Thanks for all feedback

What problems to do u have with the screen?
*
Mine is nothing like those colour runs as posted by others.

But it's a weird issue nonetheless...the bottom left of the screen seem to have a patch of dead (black) pixels...very small area, just the size of half an 'o'. So it make the rectangle edge seem rounded....lol.

Anyway the service center confirm will do replacement, but have to wait for the screen to arrive.

So nobody got any experience sending phones to service centers?
