That one is superb duperb plastic. I scratch mine before in S6 Edge badly. Then I know already, one tiny line in Note5. So far S7 Edge still ok.

So far I had purchased few items from GemFive, include Huawei Watch, Sennheiser HD518 Headset and Samsung Fast Wireless Charge. All come fast and Genuine.

I didn't success buy S7 Edge from GemFive as that time not sure why I keep failure on purchase. End up I buy at shop.

Beside warranty, kindly take noted the Knox will trip once root. Once Knox trip means permanent lost Knox required apps, for example Samsung Pay no longer work.

If you all haven't update latest firmware yet, updated it. Mine no more such issue and solid stable in latest APD1 firmware.

Try power off see how. Power off not restart.

If still happen try factory reset.

If still same, suggest you check with Samsung service center.

Your phone signal in extreme bad condition. You off course won't get great battery life.
