Yup. This is paid themes.

You need remove SIM card, clear themes cache, connect to wifi and use VPN to USA.

The themes is call SoftUI.

b) went to setting > app > apps manager > themes > clear cache
c) i'm using GO VPN > Connected
d) setting > themes > search

but couldn't find any PAID themes....i'm looking for [aire] Night Sky_AOD

clear data for Galaxy Apps & Samsung billing as well.
make sure VPN server is connected to USA or other countries where paid themes are made available.

clearing data will automatically clear cache as well.
clear data & force stop for all 3 apps just in case.

still no luck for me.....I clear data for all 3 apps already....but when i open the themes app, still showing all the FREE themes.....

Make sure connect to USA. Mine working perfectly by using VPN1Click or SecureVPN.

Make sure cleat both below. Connect to VPN then just open the themes store.
