how to block certain users from entering thread?

hi, how to block certain users from entering thread? often, a group of users will enter and derail a thread Thread starter might not be around all the time to manually delete posts
Example: Most property related thread in /k derails into a group of people mocking each other. Deleting each post is simply isnt practical because the user can sometimes post faster than the TS deleting it.
Prevention is better than cure!

In the first place, why do you post property related topic in /k? Why don't you post in property section?
