Thread starter might not be around all the time to manually delete posts

Example: Most property related thread in /k derails into a group of people mocking each other. Deleting each post is simply isnt practical because the user can sometimes post faster than the TS deleting it.

Prevention is better than cure!

In the first place, why do you post property related topic in /k? Why don't you post in property section?

it's just an example. i have not posted any property threads.

anyway, it was posted in property section before and "relegated" to /k because of these type of issues

then, most probably the tread starter topic is more suitable for /k, thus, the mod move it to /k

Just my humble opinion, while awaiting mod/ staff come in to give proper reply
