Is it worth to send baby for care cost 1200?

i just asked a nanny last week, cost 900. after 6 mths add 300 coz she will cook fish porridge. Then , if i need send baby around 7 am need top up to rm 1200.
i also headache now. i also wan to quit job then become nanny. |
