 Start Menu Not Working

Any of you facing this problem? My start menu, the windows logo is totally not working, including the wireless, battery and clock. Shortcuts and taskbar icons for programs seem to be ok. Now trying to fix the system files with sfc /scannow.

use sfc/scannow will fix the problem , but it will recur . recommend you to clean install the windows

Push Windows update to latest and see. If problem still insist, recovery your pc.

solved it on my brother Dell inspiron in this way. right click on the start menu, select shut down or sign out, restart from there.

it's user profile issue, my customer's pc faced the same problem, after i create new profile for them n migrate all the files, problem solved

just create another profile.. make it admin too and delete old profile..
