yes, motherboard are build and meant to open 24/7 none stop
it is ok.

for brand new warranty is 3 months, if within 3 months it pops, welcome to bring it back for replacement.
take note that problems that is caused by natural disaster like lighting strike or user error like overclocking or overheat because the fan broke down or etc is not covered.
