QUOTE(andrewcha @ May 30 2016, 06:11 PM) Usually about 30-40pips. But mostly orders based on my own judgement of SnR or trend. Still got alot to learn. Reason why I lost so much is due to overtrade. That's stop loss. I mean your risk per trade in % from your equity. As rule of thumb, never risk more than 10% from your equity for any particular trade. Forex is all about supply demand. Basic economics. I suggest you to surf www.readthemarket.com to learn advanced price action trading based on supply and demand principle. Very simple one. It is free to register, just like lowyat forum |

QUOTE(shamsul_LP @ Jul 16 2016, 02:16 PM) How long its takes to complete?will try wite transfer. Before been withdrawn to debit card and credit card. Always been rejected. Have you tried open singaporean current account and withdraw all forex profits to that current account? Much safer that way I guessAnything above rm50k threshold will trigger BNM alert becoz they are quite strict about AMLA at the moment So if still want to transfer from singaporean account to local account, just transfer the amount needed for daily expenses |

QUOTE(shamsul_LP @ Jul 16 2016, 05:44 PM) Yup you need to present at their branch.. Haiyaaa you're sifu maaa.. not noob QUOTE(cmk96 @ Jul 16 2016, 06:14 PM) As long as you can prove the money source, there is nothing to worry about BNM. Thats 50k threshold was just a gimmick as i received more than that without any blockage from BNM. Some say 10k oso BNM will investigate. Mana ada check? I see. Are you using current or saving account? Last few years my friend doing ebay also kena check one even though he received USD5k (but he uses his saving account instead of current account). Maybe bank account type (i.e saving vs current) play important role here? Now open spore account need employment or student pass. As for sg account, HSBC is quite lenient on their requirement for account opening: ![]() ![]() Other sg banks are quite strict as you said |

For those who really want to improve their market reading skills, I can highly recommend you to read 'Master the Markets' by Tom Williams.. It is all about volume spread analysis.. Really an eye opener to me and everything started to make sense.. VSA is a method to read big traders (hedge funds, banks, high net worth private traders and other institutional traders) intention, you know they are the primary market mover in this business
It is true that forex has no central exchange like bskl so volume are not recorded, but we as forex trader use tick volume to represent activity.. This post has been edited by sharpshooter85: Oct 18 2016, 09:16 PM |

QUOTE(kevler @ Oct 19 2016, 07:28 AM) [attachmentid=7812094] When you mentioning that website, seems that you're into supply and demand trading too hmm..i started like you guys . MC is part of our life as traders . but never give ..that's the main thing you should keep in mind. firstly i'm not God . but try to learn the fundamental first .i used Elliot wave and some EMA50 as a "compass" . currently i'm learning from forum : http://readthemarket.com Thanks demo..we already in this forum for a long time ..and i'm proud to be share this info with you guys :-) Another tips for you, look for compression setup before high impact news.. The price will go pandalela when demand is clear and will shoot up when the supply is clear . Recommended news should be result vs forecast type like nfp, not speech i.e hawkish or dovish type like fomc or bank governor speech.. You'll see how powerful the setup is.. |
