my fren bought a 788k house with 90% loan... one year later bought a honda city 90k...also 90% loan (with different bank).... then... last month... bank called in to upgrade her credit card (previously sub from her father)... all three times, the banks asked for 2 years of her tax receipt statement.... yes... she have FD to back her up too.
