Don't use utility bill then. Use IC and bank statement. Easy to find on Maybank2u, just click around. That's what I use for XM.

3 month statement (I mean just the latest statement, no need to send 3 statement to them. 3 months is just the period between statement methinks)

As long as your statement address matching with your IC address then it's fine, if not, well, use other banks lor
