demo, how long you been doing it already? Did you track your performance by maybe doing journaling? What method are you using? Sometimes by using one method and you're in a losing streak doesn't mean the method is useless. Most importantly is the method that you used make sense to you and suits you. Then you have to keep using the same method over and over without much error to know the method's performance
