I tell you ah, I bought this stuff on 3rd of April, and then haven't arrive for 8 days long, so I ended up calling their customer service telling them!
Saying, I've no longer interested in the item, so please refund me the money.
They reply, Okay, just reject the item to the carrier and we will proceed the refund.
Okay, now 10 days already, I email them last Thursday, asking why was the refund not placed yet!
That's RM400 item!
So, friday, saturday, sunday, monday also didn't reply.
Okay 5 days already yet ignoring my message, and today Tuesday I receive an email from them saying.
We need to wait for our carrier partner to inform us the item is returned then we can place you the refund.
