Got to agree with CharlieTheArmy. Uncle Jack is the best i have tried so far. If not mistaken its from the same factory that produced MacD nuggets. Maybe tricky to get sometimes cos I only found them in Giant and Cold Storage.

Yup, Uncle Jack sold in frozen form. I got a pack in my freezer but new to LYN, so don't know how to post picture. Just don't buy the newly released Breaded chicken fingers. Not up to mark. Best way to cook is using air fryer. Brush lightly with oil on both side so its not so dry.

Nice info. BTW. Frozen at my places sell tempura nugget without brand, transparent green packaging, claim to be McDonald nugget, quite good. Else I always go for Ramly for price/taste. Other quite expensive and the cheap one like nugget pasar/sekolah. |

Confucius said "good things no cheap, cheap things no good". After testing some nuggets out there, got to agree with him! Good ones has real meat, less fat and starchy substance. The cheap ones....no words to describe. Just taste yucky to me.
Nugget is fun food, not to be eaten on a regular basis. So rather than going to MacD n spent a bundle, I find it way cheaper and healthier to cook at home. |
