Right click the app > Properties > under compatibility tab > Tick run this program in compatibility mode for: > Choose your previous windows version
make sure run it as Administrative mode

For software compatible issues you may try fix under compatibility troubleshooting.
Right click the app > Properties > under compatibility tab > Tick run this program in compatibility mode for: > Choose your previous windows version make sure run it as Administrative mode Attached thumbnail(s)
